Add Never Delete types of files - selectable for each Camera
Essentially these files will be ignored in any space calculation (correct space used will still be reported), so if have hundreds of files space usage could blow out very quickly
Obviously if have never delete for all files enabled - will not be any deletion.
Bug fixes for conversion of old version to Never Deletion settings
Clear log hourly to minimise any UI slowdown
